Icons
Three iconic models – Macho, Zilo and Cooper – have shaped the history of the Lozza brand, establishing themselves in the collective imagination as unique products with a timeless charm.
MACHO
With its iconic Macho model, Lozza pays homage to vintage-style lovers with its rounded and harmoniously-shaped eyewear.
The distinctive silhouette and notched temples, contrast with the classic front piece, to bestow an understated, simple style that appeals to both men and women of all ages. The striking and masculine temples – hence the name of the model – are a signature Lozza detail and have led to numerous collaborations: such as the one with artist Mika, who created a special-edition model, complete with engraved concept poetry, and cartoonist Willow’s pop-inspired temples. The Macho model is and remains a true timeless style icon, capable of transporting anyone to a bygone era without ever forgetting the importance of modernity.
COOPER
Cooper – created during a decade in which there was great creative fervour for Italian design – is the absolute Lozza ‘80s icon; a harmonious fusion that combines aesthetics with functionality, and vintage with modern.
The striking volumes, keyhole bridge and high eye level set the Cooper model apart, and bestow a refinedly elegant touch, whilst providing Lozza with the opportunity to make great leaps and bounds in the eyewear sector. With the introduction of flat internal anti-glare lenses, this model is living proof that timeless, ever-popular lines can win over entire generations, by adapting to the various short-lived trends.
ZILO
The Zilo model – the crowning glory of the Lozza sunglasses collection since the 1940s – boasts a metal core that reinforces the entire frame, from the wide, slightly drop-shaped front piece to the double bridge and the temples for an unparalleled unique touch.
Its bold character has served as the inspiration for some of the most recent Lozza model reinterpretations, such as the faceted and slender shape that highlights its flair.
